CD4060BCMX Overview
This device is supplied in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. It is configured with 16terminations. Having a voltage supply of 5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. Tape & Reel (TR)is used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 4000Bseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Binary Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 14bits stored in each element of the array. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. For the device to operate, a voltage supply of 12Vis required. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 3V volts. The frequency of the device is 12MHz. A total of 1input lines are used to input binary data in the form of on/off signals. There are 10 output lines on this device.
