CD4059AM96E4 Overview
This device is supplied in the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. It is configured with 24terminations. Having a voltage supply of 5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. The 1elements are connected by wires. A total of 24pins are present on all components. Tape & Reel (TR)is used to package it. In the circuit, there are 24pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 4000series, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Divide-by-Nis adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Surface Mount. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 16bits stored in each element of the array. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. For the device to operate, a voltage supply of 18Vis required. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 3V volts.
