CD4050BE Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 3V~18V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 8mA 48mA. Logical driver can deal with Push-Pull output (s). Digital buffer is one of the 4000B series devices. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 10V. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. The bus transceiver employs 1 bits for each element. You can search "CD4050" for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 20μA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 18V recommends users apply 18V on the logical driver. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 5V is a must. Logical driver features CMOS-TTL LEVEL TRANSLATOR to better serve the need. 6 channels for high quality communication. Digital buffer is characterized to have 6 inputs.
