CD4050BDWR Overview
The 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Cut Tape (CT) external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 3V~18V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -55°C~125°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 8mA 48mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling Push-Pull outputs. One of the 4000B series network transceivers. The ethernet transceiver has 16 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 10V. A total of 16 pins are included with the electric component. This logical driver can be used in Surface Mount different applications. The pin count is 16. Each element uses 1 bits. There are other parts related to this electronic part on CD4050. As long as the electronic component is in the quiescent state, it uses 40nA. Generally, it comes in a TR package. There is a minimum voltage requirement of 5V in order to supply the bus transceiver. A high-quality communication channel is provided by 6 channels in this logic IC. As long as 6 outputs are produced, then it is sufficient.
