CD4050BDW Overview
16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are used to implement buffer. It is packaged in the Tube external packaging type for this voltage buffer. This digital buffer is available in the Surface Mount mount. There are a variety of applications for Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits. The logic IC is powered by 3V~18V. An ambient temperature of -55°C~125°C TA is suitable for this logical driver. There is a 8mA 48mA output current in the high and low logic states. Push-Pull outputs are supported.
