CD4050BDR Overview
Using a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 3V~18V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -55°C~125°C TA. Buffer IC has 8mA 48mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle Push-Pull outputs. Network transceivers in the 4000B series include this one.
