CD4020BE Overview
This device is supplied in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. It is configured with 16terminations. Having a voltage supply of 5Vallows it to operate in a highly flexible manner. The 1elements are connected by wires. A total of 16pins are present on all components. Tubeis used to package it. In the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. It is mounted in the manner of [0]. Having been designed as a member of the 4000Bseries, it is well suited to a variety of applications. Binary Counteris adopted as the logic type. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -55°C~125°C. The mounting type is Through Hole. When the supply voltage is set to [0], it is able to operate with greater reliability. There are 14bits stored in each element of the array. The device contains 12bits of information. Under its base part number of [0], you will find additional related parts. There is a minimum supply voltage (Vsup) of 3V volts. The frequency of the device is 24MHz. It consumes quiescent current at 100μA.
