CD4017BE Overview
The device is packaged in the 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm)type. This configuration uses 16terminations. By supplying 5Vwith a voltage of 5V , the device can be operated in a completely flexible manner. An interconnection of 1elements is provided by wires. All component pins are equal to 16. There is a package in the form of Tube. As part of the circuit, there are 16pins that connect other components. The Through Holeway is used to mount it. Due to the fact that it is a member of the 4000Bseries, it has a wide range of applications. Logic type Counter, Decade is adopted. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set to -55°C~125°C. This device is mounted in the Through Holeposition. As long as the supply voltage is set to [0], the device can operate with a greater degree of reliability. An array consists of 10bits for each element. Further related parts may be found under the base part number CD4017. As low as 3V Vsup is the minimum supply voltage. The frequency of the system is 11MHz. The device consumes a quiescent current of 100μA volts.
