CD40105BF Overview
16-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.There is a memory of 64 (16 x 4) on the FIFO chip that can be used to store applications and data.A temperature regulation of -55°C ~ 125°C is crucial for reliable operation.This FIFO memory has a mounting type of Through Hole .A 3 V ~ 18 V supply voltage is required to power it.It is a component from the 4000B series.A FIFO's maximum operating supply current of 100µA is available.The gadget in FIFOs is self-contained.It has a type OTHER FIFO memory IC.Currently, it has 16 pins.Normaly, the component is powered by 5/15 V power supplies.Voltage FIFO memory IC's maximum is set to 18 V .To ensure normal operation, the supply voltage should be greater than 3 V (Vsup).
