CD40105BE Overview
16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is a package that contains FIFO memory chip.The package comes in a case of Tube .There is a memory of 64 16 x 4 available for storing data and applications.It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to -55°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation.Mounting type Through Hole is assigned to the FIFO memory.For operation, a voltage of 3V~18V is used.It is part of the 4000B series of memory logics.A Through Hole mounting method is recommended.The 40105 family of integers consists of this type.When the supply voltage is 5V , high efficiency is possible.I found that it has 16 terminations in FIFO means.These are the 16 pins for operation.In this part, the memory type is OTHER FIFO .When the frequency is set to 8MHz it can maintain good accuracy.To ensure normal operation, make sure the supply voltage (Vsup) is above 3V .By using 1 circuits, FIFO memory chip has greater flexibility.
