The board's 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package saves space. RF transceiver's mounting is done by using Surface Mount.It is highly reliable and high-performing when it emerges as a TxRx + MCU.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR) is used.There are 32 pins on this transceiver RF circuit board.Try searching with CC2640 to find transceiver variants.A RF transceiver from the well-known SimpleLink™ series of products is being offered here.RF transceiver operates at 2.4GHz frequency.
