To save space on the board, RF transceiver IC has a 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this case, RF transceiver's mounting method is Surface Mount.In this case, the result is a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.High reliability is provided by the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).There are 36 pins on the transceiver RF circuit board.Use CC2510 to search for variants of the transceiver.Surface Mount mounts transceiver.A frequency of 2.4GHz is used as the basis for operation.
