Space is saved using RF transceiver IC's 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The RF transceiver's mounting is mounted using Surface Mount.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.High reliability is achieved with advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).A transceiver RF circuit board with 48 pins is designed.Try searching for the transceiver with CC2420 if you are looking for variants.Surface Mount mounts transceiver on the wall.The frequency of 2.4GHz is used as the basis for RF transceivers operation.
