BU9348K Overview
Tray has packaged it with its materials. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 44-QFP. In this case, it is an extremely reliable and high quality type of Dynamic RAM (DRAM). Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -25°C~75°C. The voltage required for its normal operation should be provided by 2.7V~3.6V. It is mounted according to the Surface Mount technique. The base part number BU9348 can be used to locate other similar electronic parts. To prevent reflections off of the end of the transmission line, there are 44 terminations. The pins are configured as 44. High efficiency can be achieved using the power supplies of 3V. On the PCB, it is mounted according to Surface Mount. It is recommended that the maximum supply current does not exceed 20mA.
