BU90004GWZ-E2 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-XFBGA, WLCSP package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 5.4MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.3V. The output current of 1A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the BU9000* family. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.8V. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation.
