BU8920GU-E2 Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 23-VFBGA, CSPBGA package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR). Its General Purpose type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -30°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. 1.65V~1.95V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 23 terminations. Its base part number BU8920 can be used to find more parts like it. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. A power supply of 1.82.8V is required for operation. In an easy-to-use manner, they operate when the supply current is kept at 3.8mA.
