BU2630F-E2 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 80MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 2.5V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels.
