Housed in a Cut Tape (CT) package.Dispatched with the 24-UFBGA, CSPBGA package.For better data acquisition performance the device adapts I2C, SPI interface.The part is mounted in the Surface Mount.If your meter doesn't read 2.7V~3.6V for the supply voltage as this unit is designed you better redo the circuit.The average operating temps for this chip should be -20°C~85°C.There are 24 terminals in total, which has their own funcitions.50-pin data acquisition device for your specialized needs.The lowest voltage can be supplied to this linear device is 2.7V.To enhance design flexibility, Surface Mount is adpated to this product.Normal function status of the part requires 120μA supply current.It is also used as a CONSUMER CIRCUIT cosumer IC.The part requires 3V power supplies.It compounds additional features like IT ALSO REQUIRES 1.8V.It runs on a supply voltage of 3.6V.
