BS2132F-E2 Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.A total of 3 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 11.5V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.
