BS2101F-E2 Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.Cut Tape (CT) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.The interface IC is referred to as HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.A unique technology can also be used to provide SEATED HT-CALCULATED.
