BR24C04-MN6TP Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. In the case of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), it is embedded within the case. A memory chip with a capacity of 4Kb 512 x 8 is used on this device.
