BQ2202SN Overview
Tube has packaged it with its materials. For the purpose of saving board space, it is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In this case, it is an extremely reliable and high quality type of Nonvolatile SRAM. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C. The voltage required for its normal operation should be provided by 4.5V~5.5V. It is mounted according to the Surface Mount technique. To prevent reflections off of the end of the transmission line, there are 16 terminations. There is a voltage supply to the device of 5V. It is based on the component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures that we determine NOT SPECIFIED's reflow temperature limit. A POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC is used in this case. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V should be maintained. There is an upper limit of 5.5V to the voltage that can be applied without affecting the characteristics of the product or damaging its internal circuit.
