BQ2014SN-D120TR Overview


The package 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is appropriate for battery instrument. This power management IC utilizes an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. A total of 1 channels are available. 16 pins are on it. The package contains a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order for this electric part to operate properly, its supply voltage must not be lower than 3V volts. Surface Mount is in the way of this electronic component.
