34-XFBGA, WLCSP saves RF transceiver IC's board space. When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx + MCU, it shows high-performance and reliability.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).34 pins are present on the transceiver RF circuit board.The RF transceiver that you are looking at comes from our well-known BlueNRG series product line.The system operates on the basis of the frequency 2.4GHz.
