BD9703FP-E2 Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads + Tab), TO-252AD package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 300kHz. Regulator 8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 8V. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 35V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 12V. BD970* is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 32V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 1V. For switching regulator maximum operation, dc to dc voltage regulator delivers 1.5A A. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 32V. With a supply voltage of 35V, this harley voltage regulator works.
