BD9540EFV-E2 Overview
The switching controller fits in the 28-VSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 2 output generation. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. A 7.5V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -20°C~100°C TA dc switcher. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable which allows efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 28 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "BD9540". A 5.5V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. Having a Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most application and prototype designs. The maximum input voltage of this dc switcher is 20V, so users must limit the voltage accordingly. A voltage of 7.5V must be present in the supply. A datasheet states that the switching converter can output 5.5V volts at its maximum.
