For ease of voltage regulators' transportation, it is packaged in 55-UFBGA, WLCSP boxes.Embark on a journey with package Tape & Reel (TR).Voltage regulator supports up to 13 outputs in total.In order to prevent malfunctions, it is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C.switching regulator 80 terminals can be found here.Powered by 1.8V voltage, the voltage regulator 12v can meet many demanding requirements.It is necessary for the DC DC Switching Regulator to have at least 1.5V to start up.There is no need to feed the voltage regulator DC to DC with voltage above 3.4V.It is important for the output quality to be maintained by working together through the 15 channels of the voltage regulator.
