BD63620AEFV-E2 Overview
Drivers controllers is designed with Tape & Reel (TR) package.The part is packged with 24-VSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) Exposed Pad case.Drivers controllers is recommended to mount the part by Surface Mount.Drivers controllers is fDrivers controllersting for the component connected in General Purpose.The device can supply 19V~28V volts.With regard to operating temperature, it ranges -25°C~85°C TA. There are 24 terminations available in the part.The voltage can applied to the load at the rate of 19V~28V.Please take in mind that this amplifier should be run at 24V.Keep the part output current at 1.4A.The device employs the STEPPER MOTOR CONTROLLER analog IC.The output voltage is maintained at 28V.
