BD6111FV-E2 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -20°C~70°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 120kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 20mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. As a member of the BD6111 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to -2V volts.
