BD4155FV-E2 Overview
Shipments can be made in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .packaged the power management in 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) for ease of transportation, it is easy to transport.The Surface Mount mounting method facilitates easy adaptation.At PCMCIA, ExpressCard™ and other applications, this power management is targeted.A temperature setting of -40°C~100°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.It works with 3V~3.6V voltage.Search BD4155 to find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.On the power management, there are two 20 terminals.It has received much praise because it is a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog integrated circuit.20 pins are present on the power managment ic.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.250μA is the voltage that this power management ic operates on.Total outputs supported are 3 .A voltage output of 5V is provided by this ic power supply.Currently, the ic power supply should have a 1.3A output.
