There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package on the board that is used to save space. The LED driver's design uses 1 outputs.Mounting is done according to the Surface Mount method.With high efficiency and reliable performance, it emerges as a DC DC Regulator.When the temperature is -30°C~85°C TA, it can work normally.There are significant benefits for Backlight.In the 238kHz 642kHz frequency range, it operates.It is designed to work with 10 terminations.Its configuration is based on 10 pins.It is likely that undetermined failures will occur if the voltage supply is less than 2.7V.The mount is on its way to Surface Mount.The LED driver can be found under the base part number BD1603.The voltage output by it is 4.5V.Supply voltage can be set to a maximum value of 5.5V.
