A capacitor's capacitance ratio, or ability to store electric charge, is 23.2.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The diode can deliver a capacitance of 56.5pF.-55°C~150°C TJ is the recommended operating temperature range.As an added benefit, the SC-76, SOD-323 package is space-saving.In order for conversion results to be accurate, the peak reverse voltage must be within 30V.
