Driver ICs with enhanced 16-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.In the Cut Tape (CT) package, this receiver is mounted.With its Driver can transceiver design, this part can be incorporated into a wide range of solutions.The wide receiver can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.As many as 7/0 eligible receivers/drivers can be used simultaneously with this electronic part.Applications with operating temperatures of -25°C~75°C have been designed primarily for this ic receiver.BA12003 is the base part number for this part, and it identifies the product type, temperature, packaging, etc., so you can search for more variants with it.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin driver IC.As a result of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size has been greatly reduced.50V is the voltage Wide receiver can deliver.With this bluetooth transceiver, you are able to obtain a current of 500mA at the output.
