AZ7500BUM-E1 Overview


In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 7V ~ 36V volts and has 7V ~ 36V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). It can switch at 1kHz ~ 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Dead Time Control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the - series. There would be 16-SO supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
