AZ432BRTR-E1 Overview
There is a handy package TO-243AA used in this program.Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of ±1%.The output voltage 18V is determined by test statistics.Input can be entered on a Adjustable form.Pins 3 are settled in the part.If you are designing a PCB that requires a high level of precision, Surface Mount is available.Within -40°C~125°C TA range of work.It is able to handle 100mA input applications.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 100mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 18V.Cathode currents should be 80μA in most cases.Its lowest output voltage is 1.25V.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 18V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.125°C more than 125°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.In this case, 1.25V is the fixed/minimum voltage generated.It would send 18V voltage at its maximum.Supplier device package SOT-89 is associated with this voltage reference ic.
