AZ431LBZTR-E1 Overview
This program utilizes the handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.There is an external packaging of Tape & Box (TB).Precision voltage measurements require ±1% tolerance.An output voltage of 18V is determined based on test statistics.Adjustable forms are provided for user input.Pins 3 are firmly seated in the part.Use of Through Hole can increase the complexity of the PCB design.-40°C~125°C TA is suitable for work within this range.There are 0 input applications that can use the voltage reference.Through Hole is the right platform for the application.There is 100mA way the reference voltage can output more current than 100mA in this case.The maximum output voltage of the voltage reference ic amounts to 18V volts.Cathode currents of 80μA are generally considered to be correct.The lowest voltage output of the voltage reference ic is 1.24V.As the input voltage of this voltage reference ic is 18V, users should confine the voltage accordingly.At 125°C degrees Celsius, it should be able to operate.As low as -40°C can be operated by it.This voltage is set to 1.24V.Voltage 18V would be the highest that the voltage reference circuit could send.Device package TO-92 of the voltage reference ic's supplier can be found here.
