AZ431LBRTR-E1 Overview
Uses the handy TO-243AA package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±1% must be used.Input can be entered via a Adjustable form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.It can be used by applications with 100mA inputs.There is Surface Mount suitable application for Surface Mount.This voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage amounts to 18V when compared to its input voltage.The cathode current should be 80μA.In terms of voltage output, the lowest voltage is 1.24V.It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 125°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue.This voltage is fixed/minimum.Parts would send a voltage of 18V at their maximum.In this part, the supplier voltage reference ic package is SOT-89.
