AUIRS2336STR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).A total of 6 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 28 terminations.Many related parts can be found under its base part number AUIRS2336S.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.Devices have 28 pins available.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 15V V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.An output current as high as 350mA can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 600V.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 3 outputs that have been integrated.This device is capable of delivering 200mA current.Based on its maximum power dissipation of 1.6W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power loss without overheating.Due to its power supply of 15V, it provides an effective solution to power supply problems for a wide range of applications.In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, this gate driver is included.
