AUIRS2113STR Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 16 terminations.There are numerous related parts listed under its base part number AUIRS2113S.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.There are 16 pins available in the device.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.There is a maximum output current of 2.5A that can be achieved.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.The output current of this device can be set to 2.5A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1.25W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Due to its 15V power supply, it can solve power supply problems for an array of diverse applications.The gate driver is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
