ATXMEGA128D3-AUR Overview
Packaged in a 64-TQFP format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 50 I/Os on the Microcontroller. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. 8/16-Bit core is the basis for this Microcontroller. This program has a type of memory called FLASH for this MCU's program memory. Temperatures in this range are operated by this Microcontroller. The AVR® XMEGA® D3 series includes this electrical component. There is 128KB 64K x 16 bytes of program memory in MCU, which corresponds to the size of the program. With a AVR Core processor, MCU is equipped with the latest technology available. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 64 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 16-bits are used in Microcontroller. The MCU chip's supply output is 1.8V volts. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. 1.8kB memory size belongs to the Chip part. Alternatives can be found by looking at the base part number ATXMEGA128. In the case of 10MHz frequency operation, it can perform efficiently. There are YES PWM channels on the device. The chip has 64 pins. The clock has 5 timers/counters to keep track of the time. This device is embedded with a AVR RISC processor family, which is a powerful and efficient CPU. There is a FLASH, OTP memory feature on this equipment. A total of 16 Channel ADC channels are present in this device.
