ATMEGA164P-20PU Overview
Packaged in a 40-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) format. A total of 32 I/Os are on the Microcontroller. Through Hole is the mounting type of the Microcontroller that is attached to the panel. This Microcontroller is based on a core called 8-Bit. The type of its program memory is FLASH. In this Microcontroller, temperature is controlled within the range -40°C~85°C TA.
