AS4C8M16S-7BCNTR Overview
As far as its memory type goes, it falls into the Volatile category. You can get memory ics in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. 54-TFBGA case encloses it. There is 128Mb 8M x 16 of memory on the chip. The device uses a mainstream DRAM-format memory. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of 0°C~70°C TA. There is a voltage range of 3V~3.6V for the supply voltage. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount. It has a clock frequency of 143MHz. In this ic memory chip, there is an 54-pin package that encloses the device. This memory chip has an operating supply voltage of 3.3V. Memory ics must operate at a temperature of at least 0°C. Temperatures over 70°C°C are not recommended. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 3V volts. The operating voltage of the memory ics shall not exceed 3.6V. There is an 143MHz frequency with which this memory chip processes data. As far as the maximum frequency of this memory is concerned, it can reach as high as 143MHz.
