AS3658B Overview
Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.Packing in 124-TFBGA makes transportation convenient.The Surface Mount mounting method is universal for easy adaptation.The power management is targeted at Portable Equipment and other applications.Keeping the operating temperature of the power management ic -40°C~85°C will prevent malfunctions.As a result, this power management is powered by 3V~5.5V voltage.A Surface Mount allows mounting on a PCB or other board.An operating voltage of 7mA is required for this power management ic.
