AP3101MTR-E1 Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of PWM dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 20V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 65kHz. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Frequency Control. A 8-SOIC would be the supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
