AN7706SP-E1 Overview


In a Tape & Reel (TR) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case contains the Liner IC. This PMIC chip has an output type of Fixed. In this electrical part, there are 1 regulators that are implemented. Voltage Regulated IC Surface Mount varies its operating temperature range. The IC Voltage Regulator's operating temperature is 25°C~125°C degrees. Currently, this regulator IC has an output function configured as Positive as its output function.
