I have packaged it in a way that is similar to 48-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width)'s.14 Bits were used in the design of this electronic part.There is an embedded version of it in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.48 termination is a method of terminating transmission lines with impedance matching devices.Using 5V, this electrical device converts alternative voltage (AC voltage) into regulated direct voltage (DC voltage) and provides regulated DC power to drive a load.This electrical device has a supply/digital voltage of 3.15V~5.25V which indicates the power supply/digital voltage.The base part number of the product allows the identification of its related parts based on the part number.As far as the supply voltage goes, it should be kept at 3.3V.As you can see, it is designed with 48 pins.To ensure the reliability of the device, it operates at a minimal operating temperature of -40°C.As a result, it is operating at a temperature which is maximal for its reliability, which is 85°C.In addition, it is equipped with a 48 pin count.In addition to that, it supports the maximum voltage of the 5.25V supply.As the maximal voltage supplied for its operation reaches 3.15V, it is considered to be in operation.Mounted in the direction of Surface Mount, it is positioned in the middle.It uses a DIGITAL SLIC-type telecom IC as its core.Using a 3.35V-powered supply, it operates on a wide range of voltages.
