ADR06ARZ Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 3V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TA.ADR06 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 10mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 3V.3V voltage lower than 3V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 36V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 5V~36V voltage input.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1mA.Current supply is 650μA.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 3V regardless of external conditions.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 5V voltage at the very least.
