ADAU1372BCPZ Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tray. Its General Purpose type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A performance setting of -40°C~85°C allows it to operate normally. 4 / 2 ADCs and DACs are integrated into it. Supply voltage is 1.71V~3.63V for the analog circuit. 1.045V~1.98V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 40 terminations. In terms of electronics, it is a 40-pin device. There are 40 pins configured on this board. Its base part number ADAU1372 can be used to find more parts like it. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. It is possible to convert analog signals into digital signals using 4 A/D converters. In order to operate, it must be supplied with a voltage of 1.1V. Operating voltages as low as 3.3V can be used. It is necessary to convert digital signals into analog signals by using 2 D/A converters.
