AD5940BCBZ-RL7 Overview


I have packaged it in a way that is similar to 56-UFBGA, WLCSP's.16 Bits were used in the design of this electronic part.There is an embedded version of it in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.56 termination is a method of terminating transmission lines with impedance matching devices.Using 2.8V~3.6V, this electrical device converts alternative voltage (AC voltage) into regulated direct voltage (DC voltage) and provides regulated DC power to drive a load.This electrical device has a supply/digital voltage of 2.8V~3.6V which indicates the power supply/digital voltage.As far as the supply voltage goes, it should be kept at 3.3V.In addition, it is equipped with a 56 pin count.The analog IC that is employed by this device is referred to as ANALOG CIRCUIT.Optimal conditions for operating the device are temperatures below 85°C.It is important to maintain the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.8V for a normal operation of the device.At this point, Vsup reaches its maximum value.It is recommended that the operating temperature be at least -40°C.
