AD5322BRMZ Overview


A 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is provided with this component. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. As a whole, it has 10 terminations. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AD5322. 10 pins are designed into the device. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utili5Ve its flexibility.
